Gado Gado

Chicken Breast poached or baked (bake 210 degree – 18-20mins)

Your favourite Veggies lightly steamed/par boil:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Carrots
  • Beans
  • Raw Salad:
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Beansprout
  • Fresh Herbs:
  • Coriander
  • Mint

Wait for veg to cool down and mix veg/salad/herbs & shredded chicken

Sauce: Peanut Free Satay Sauce

  • Nut butter (or any nuts you have at home and blitz till smooth or can be a little crunchy 1 cup)
  • Coconut Cream 2 cups depends how thick you want it
  • Honey
  • Fish Sauce
  • Chilli

Chilli/Lime/Coriander Sauce

  • 2 lime fresh squeeze
  • Fish Sauce
  • Chilli
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Sesame oil (dash)
